REGISTRATION


The Keep Texas Beautiful Conference is the premier statewide educational event for community leaders to network, gain knowledge on environmental issues, recycling, and litter prevention, and recognize community excellence in creating healthy and sustainable places to call home. The KTB Conference provides connections to others working in the field and high-quality professional development for KTB community partners (staff and volunteers), government staff, elected officials, and industry leaders.

Pre-conference sessions on Monday, May 5, and KTB Day at the Capitol on Wednesday, May 7, are optional but highly recommended as part of the experience! KTB Day at the Capitol will include scheduled meetings with legislators and staff, putting your knowledge into action to engage directly with lawmakers about your organization’s community impact. 

Where: Austin, TX at the Shalom Austin Community Center, 7300 Hart Ln, Austin, TX 78731.

Parking is included with registration. Attendees will need to arrange their transportation for Pre-conference sessions, main Conference day, and KTB Day at the Capitol. 

We have hotel partners that have agreed to provide limited courtesy rates for conference attendees. Booking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. See booking information here.

    Cancellations with a full refund may be made through April 14, 2025 by contacting Michelle Lay at (512) 961-5257 or [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued after April 14, 2025. Requests to transfer registrations to another attendee from the same organization may be made by contacting Michelle Lay at the phone or email referenced above. After the start of the event, registration may not be refunded or transferred to another attendee, no exceptions.

    Liability Waiver:
    By participating in the 2025 Conference and all related events, you acknowledge that there are potential risks and hazards associated with such participation and you hereby agree to waiver and release Keep Texas Beautiful, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims and liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of or related to the 2025 Conference.
    Photography/Videography Notice:
    As an attendee at the Keep Texas Beautiful Conference, you will be in areas where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Keep Texas Beautiful and its partners. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Keep Texas Beautiful Conferences in the future and/or highlight the event. You release Keep Texas Beautiful, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographic images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Keep Texas Beautiful or the person or entity designated to do so by Keep Texas Beautiful. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If you have any concerns about this notice, please contact a member of the staff upon arrival at the event.
